Class Descriptions

 

Warriors Playground  (60min) - This is an outdoor class described to be the next generation of fitness. These exercises are made to test your body mechanics with lift, force and drag.  Interactive obstacles are designed to destroy fat, build your body and test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Class may be modified for all fitness levels.

WP Heat Wave  (45min) -This class is the Warriors Playground with turned-up Speed and Temperature!! It's done with a high exercise and low rest platform!! You can keep score in each class so you can improve your overall performance. In this class SPEED IS THE KEY!!!

Boxing (45min) - This challenging class provides a great workout as you torture a 100lb bag with a series of punching and kicking combinations. The class brings together 2 minute boxing rounds mixed with Hammer Drill style exercise to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. Class may be modified for all levels of fitness.

Throttle 1 and 2 (45min) - This is a cardio based class where the main goal is weight loss and muscle toning!! Throttle classes are interval total body training with very little rest breaks. You can burn over 1000 calories in each class and it is a great class for beginners! Throttle 1 focuses on upper body and cardio and Throttle 2 focuses on lower body and cardio.
