Full Throttle (45min) - This is the perfect class for someone who is looking to drop pounds FAST and who is a cardio lover!! Cardio Blast is a circuit based class that involves SPIN BIKES, ROW MACHINES, TREADMILLS, KETTLEBELLS, TRX, and much more. You will burn over 900 calories per class and push your heart rate to its limit.

 

Rapid Fire (45min) - Now let's add weights to your workout! This 45 minute  program strengthens all your major muscles, giving you tone and definition. The class uses battle ropes, weighted pulley machines, gravity boots, and other meduim weighted exercises to increase muscle tissue. This class specializes in functional training ( the most popular style of training) 

 

Boxing (45min) - This challenging class provides a great workout as you torture a 100lb bag with a series of punching and kicking combinations. The class brings together 2 minute boxing rounds mixed with Hammer Drill style exercise to elevate your heart rate and challenge your muscles. Class may be modified for all levels of fitness.

 

Extreme Outdoor Fitness (1hr) - This is an outdoor class described to be the next generation of fitness. These exercises are made to test your body mechanics with lift, force and drag.  Interactive obstacles are designed to destroy fat, build your body and test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Class may be modified for all fitness levels.
